A complete enterprise SMS platform with a smart send panel, an auto-reply SMS assistant, support ticketing, a public API, billing, and a background processing engine.
ELLSMS is a self-hosted SMS panel (PHP 8.2 + Docker) that shares its user database with a backend messaging platform — it never duplicates accounts, and it sends messages by calling that backend's own API rather than talking to a carrier directly. The panel is Persian and right-to-left throughout; dates and times use the Jalali calendar with Persian digits everywhere, while phone numbers and credit amounts stay in Latin digits for scannability. From the main dashboard to notifications, a user guide, contact management, a blacklist, credit purchases and invoices, everything lives under one organized menu.
Traditional SMS panels are typically limited to simple sending and lack capabilities like personalized bulk sending, automated replies to inbound messages, formal support, online payments, a versioned public API, and subscription/quota control — making it hard to scale or integrate them into larger organizations.
On top of the base sending engine, ELLSMS has two personalized bulk-sending modes from an Excel/CSV file (peer-to-peer, with full text per row, and "smart SMS" with {variable} placeholders), plus throttled/scheduled sending. The new send panel accepts recipients three ways — manual entry, file upload, or clipboard paste — flags valid and invalid numbers live as you type, and brings together public number groups, an emoji picker, Persian-to-Latin digit conversion, a live message preview, an internal note per send, an option to restrict sending to the whitelist only, saving the send as a campaign, and a quick-recipients field for one-off sends, all on a single screen. "SMS Assistant" is the panel's auto-reply engine: every inbound message is checked against rules matched by exact text or a keyword, and an automatic reply is composed and sent using dynamic placeholders — {originator}, {name}, {message}, {keyword}, {time} and {date} — with each rule independently enabled, disabled or deleted. A full support ticketing system (file a ticket, track its status, see the last update) is built directly into the same user panel. Alongside these: a do-not-contact list, saved campaigns, ZarinPal credit purchases, KYC profiles, and SMS-based two-factor login. Phase 12 and 13 layer a versioned public API with signed webhooks, and a SaaS plans/subscriptions/quota layer, on top of the same panel — both off by default so existing installs are unaffected.
