An Expo app (Android and Web/PWA) for managing facility service requests, with role-based workspaces and a Supabase backend.
Facility Assist is built with Expo Router on React Native and runs on Android and Web/PWA; its backend is a self-hosted Supabase instance with an Organization / Membership / Building / Location data model. Four role-based workspaces — requester, technician, facility manager, and system admin — each get their own dedicated environment, and every screen is Persian and right-to-left.
When facility service requests (electrical, mechanical, cleaning, etc.) come in through scattered calls or messages, tracking status, assigning the right technician, and notifying people on time all become difficult — and no searchable history of requests is left behind.
Every request moves through categorization, photo attachments, and a status history as it flows between role-based workspaces; a notification center with Android push (Expo Notifications) and Web Push (Service Worker + VAPID) keeps people informed in real time, and organization users are added through secure invites (an Edge Function + callback link) rather than open sign-up.
